- When emailing regarding an order, please include the full name on the order, the order number, and the question or concern. Please be respectful when doing so. 

- If your order is sent back due to incorrect shipping information, you will have to repay the shipping fee. 

- Processing time is 1-5 days, customized jewelry processing time is 2-3 months. In case of a holiday or sale, please allow up to 4 months. Shipping is 2-3 days. Shipping days are MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, and FRIDAY.
